Tripping Out, Part 3

These are all from Colorado. It rained a bit through the Rockies, but we saw some cool lightening bolts. By the time we reached Mesa Verde however, it was nice and clear and perfect for camping.

Last night A and I went to the one and only watering hole in Saint George, aptly named The One and Only Watering Hole. It's a beer-only joint, so we were hoping for a low-key atmosphere, but not so. The first step to fitting in there would be for me to gain 100 pounds, and for Andrew to lose 100. Next, I would have to get hopelessly drunk on beer alone. Next weekend we will try the bowling alley.

I dropped A off at the Las Vegas airport today (got my first glimpse of the strip/blew $5 on the airport slots). He got the job he wanted in Cedar City, and he has to fly back to the east coast, only to drive his car back across the country. I'm here alone for 7 days! I'll be working all week so I'll keep busy, but I'll be by myself for the 4th.
